Update: Wineries in Paso Robles

LE CUVIER – A small winery that offers some unique wines aged for a minimum of three years.
The garden area has sweeping views of the surrounding vineyards.

VILLICANA/RE:FIND
Established in 1993. In 2011, Re:Find became the first distillery in the Paso Robles wine region to collect juices from the grapes and ferment them into a base for vodka, rye, bourbon, and cocktail mixes.

ALTA COLLINA – A family-owned winery. The Spanish name means High Hill, a descriptive name for the thirty-one acres of vines that carpet the hilltops of this 130-acre Ranch.
The Trailer Pond provides a peaceful, unique opportunity to spend a night in a boutique, vintage trailer overlooking a pond in the heart of the vineyards.

SIRENA – This winery and resort, previously known as “Wild Coyote,” has been completely refurbished into a Mediterranean-style resort reminiscent of the Island of Mykonos in Greece.

ADELAIDA – Established in 1973, this multigenerational boutique-sized winery is known to produce some of the most distinctive wines in the region. Wine tasting takes place in an elegant, cozy tasting room surrounded by walnut orchards.

HALTER RANCH – is a 2,700-acre estate. Sculptures by world-famous sculptors are artfully placed against a backdrop of vines, while indoors, paintings by a variety of exceptional artists create a wonderful blend of an art gallery, wine-tasting room, and a restaurant.
Halter Ranch is a fly-in winery with an airstrip for those who have limited time or would like to experience the splendor of gliding above the Ranch’s landscape of vineyards, and acres of olive and walnut trees.
An overnight stay at the Ranch enhances the experience of immersing oneself in its peace and meditative beauty. There are several options for enticing accommodation to choose from.

SCULPTERRA – is a winery and sculpture garden where Chicago-born sculptor John Jagger’s monumental bronze and granite sculptures are displayed in nature. An internationally appreciated artist, his works can be found worldwide in plazas, parks, and entrances to prestigious buildings and banks.
